Academically, Dr. Ellis received her Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (PIHMA). What Dr. Ellis likes most about acupuncture in treating chronic pain without opioids, addressing the health and wellness of her patients, and helping the body to heal itself naturally. She has traveled and practiced in Rishikesh, India where she treated the underserved population.
