My Heart Knows True Book Releases Just as World Suffers Uncertainty

Author releases book about how to deal with grief as world spins out of control.

“I had everything,” says Mathias, the author of the book. “I was extremely successful in business, I had been in a long-term relationship with the love of my life, and was in peak physical shape. But that all came crashing down around me the day my love announced she was leaving me.”

This tragic event caused Mathias to reach deep inside of himself to deal with the grief. “On some level, I understood that what I was going through was a common human experience, but that didn’t stop me from wanting to learn how to deal with it. And so I began a journey that ended up being entirely transformational. And that journey led me to some shocking and revelatory conclusions that I decided to share with the public. That’s where my book comes from.”

The book, My Heart Knows True, is a deep and personal look into the heart, and it follows his path as he went from shock to grief to an understanding of his heart that transformed his life. “You see, I decided that I wouldn’t just stuff my grief like so many people do. Instead, I would ride it out and listen to my heart along the way. And what I learned is life changing.”

The hardcover version of the book is scheduled to be released on May 5, and it will be followed by an eBook and an audio version. “I believe most people will prefer the hardcover version,” says Mathias, “because the poems and prayers in the book are illustrated by some beautiful photographs that help tell the story.
