California state workers were teleworking from Idaho, Tennessee and Alabama, report finds

An investigation by the state auditor's office found two employees at the California State Controller's Office teleworked from Idaho, Tennessee and Alabama. The office also failed to quickly remedy salary overpayments to two other employees, the state auditor's report said.
